MAIN WORKING PROCESS: RAW MATERIAL FEEDING, TRANSFERRING, PERFORATING, PIECE COUNTING
(OR LENGTH COUNTING), PRECISE SLITTING, HIGH SPEED REWINDING.
THE MACHINE CAN MAKE BOTH CORE ROLLS AND CORELESS ROLLS.
INSTALL BOTH PIECE COUNTING SYSTEM AND METER COUNTING SYSTEM IN THE MACHINE.
THE MACHINE WILL BE STOPPED AUTOMATICALLY WHEN IT REACHES THE ROLL PIECES OR ROLL LENGTHS YOU PRESET INT THE COUNTER.
INSTALL 2 SETS OF MECHANICAL TENSION CONTROLLERS FOR ADJUSTING THE TENSION OF THE RAW MATERIALS IN THE UNWINDING AND REWINDING PARTS.
INSTALL 1 SET OF AUTOMATIC RAW MATERIAL FEEDING SYSTEM AND THERE ARE 14 CYLINDERS TO BE USED IN THE MACHINE.

USE FREQUENCY CONVERTOR TO ADJUST THE RUNNING SPEED OF THE MACHINE.
IT HAS REASONABLE ELECTRONIC WIRE LAYOUT AND CAN BE OPERATED EASILY AND SAFELY.
INSTALL 8 TO 9 HIGH PRECISION OXYGENATION ALUMINUM ALLOY CRINKLE- REMOVING ROLLERS WHICH CAN REMOVE THE WRINKLE OF VERY THIN MATERIALS DURING THE REAL PRODUCTION.
